South Sudan Voice – The Law Dialogue

South Sudan Voice (The Law Dialogue) is a dialogue theatre performance bringing together audience from the South Sudanese community, service providers, legal and justice authorities, and the general public.

A team of South Sudanese Australia and Free Theatre actors will perform the 20-minute play, Lions & Snakes, leading into a 90-minute moderated live dialogue with the audience. The dialogue will address issues of the implications of Australian laws and regulations for the South Sudanese community, particularly in relation to the core themes of youth justice, racial profiling, and intergenerational conflict.

Funded by a grant from Victoria Law Foundation.
