Federal Circuit Court of Australia
The Federal Circuit Court (formerly known as the Federal Magistrates Court) deals with over 90 per cent of all family law cases in Australia, except Western Australia. It also has a wide jurisdiction to hear general federal law cases.

- child support and enforcement issues.
In federal law, the court generally deals with:
- industrial law
- copyright and other intellectual property
- human rights and discrimination
- consumer law
- administrative law.
